The Defense, Immigration

Based of the prosecution and defences trials today, I believe that the defence side of Immigration has won the trail. Both sides had very good pieces of evidence and analysis that made me go back and forth between the two. Since the stories of all the good immigration has brought to the world, I wouldn’t want anything to prevent some people from getting as good as a life as Americans. One piece of evidence that made me move more to the defence side was that if we allowed some immigrants to migrate to America in the next ten years our GDP would increase by over .84% which means we would have 1.6 trillion dollars more than we have now, but if we don’t allow immigrants then we would lose 1.24% of our GDP which would mean we would lose 2.45 trillion dollars in the next ten years. This persuaded me because its seems about correct to the point where would could pay off our debt with china and not only helping us now helping the future generations of those families and ours. Although both sides had really strong arguments and evidence I feel the defence used better ways persuaded me by seeing into the future and do what’s best for the future and not just today.
